Refund & Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@oakleafdisplay.com before the 14-day period expires.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@oakleafdisplay.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exclusions
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
