By placing an order on oakleafdisplay.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Products

Many of our products are made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in finish and tone are inherent to handcrafted brass items and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

Made-to-order items are prepared within 5 business days before dispatch. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. We reserve the right to cancel orders we are unable to fulfil, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund terms are set out in our [Refund Policy]. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, except for custom or made-to-order items.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are based in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oakleaf Display's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
