Processing Time
Most items in our collection are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €250. Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold.
- United Kingdom & Rest of World: Free shipping on orders over €350. Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold.
- United States: Standard shipping rates apply to all orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
United States: We ship all US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — import duties and federal tariffs are covered in your order total, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Please note that state and local sales taxes may be due upon receipt depending on your state's regulations — this is the responsibility of the recipient.
